finally, the doctor, i guess is indian.
he talk to me with chinese and malay.
but i answer him with english.

batuk, tiada kahak.
tiada demam.

took medicine.
antibiotic-must have.
panadol-for fever but i don't have.
ubat batuk.
ubat kumur-kumur.

now i only know got such medicine.
gargle??

i ask my dar, need gargle how long.
he read the instruction and answered me, one or two days.
ROFLMAO!!
i pour the solution out from my mouth after listening what he said!
before this, i read, one or two days also, but it meant gargle one or twice a day as needed.
so, i gotta to gargle again.
i didn't try before.
when gargling, the bubbles seem coming out from mouth.
and i quickly split the solution out to prevent it get to my throat.
conclusion, idk how to gargle.


i'm getting fat i guess.
eat much of bread with peanut jam and planta before sleep.
but what to do if hungry??
so, i must eat if i found something that can be consumed~
